I LOVE this bike. I am a Mom of 3 Littles and I live in a little house. Its impossible now with the virus to get out and exercise with them in a cold place like snowy Colorado. I love that I can watch shows and exercise when everyone is asleep because it is very quiet. I also enjoy riding with music or virtual scenery on youtube. tafterwards, I can just jump in the shower -it is SO convenient. As you can see, I have it stored in a small space on the side of our bed and Its enough room for me and it is very easy to move it around on the wheels. I love that THIS bike allows the ability to work my arms and legs too. I get a full body workout and its a great stress reliever. I use the legs bands to work my triceps along with hamstrings inner and outer thighs as well. My only real complaint is that the seat is not comfy.Perhaps due in part to MY HEIGHT. I'm 4'11" 3/4 inches with an inseem of 27inches. I have to use shoes with a large sole to be able to pedal comfortably whether in upright or recumbent positions. You really cannot stand and pedal....maybe for a few seconds. But it would have been too tall at the bottom setting for the seat so my husbamd left the pin out and it sits a little loose but seat is flat and its still sits a little too tall for me. As for the seat.. ive tried several pillows and i will still be sore the next day in my groin area. Also the monitor stopped displaying correctly after the first day of use but I'm not a serious rider. As long as I get my heart rate up and work up a sweat I am fine. I can keep track of my time with my phone. My husband is 6'6" 230 and can use it fine as well.. He and I both agree the resistance is pretty good and although not super difficult will still allow for a difficult workout! The resistance bands work great. I also have a very energetic 5 year old and he loves standing and pedaling and he can get some energy out. The same with my 4 year old. My husband can fix and quickly assemble anything and he did say that the tools provided were really not adequate to assemble.The product arrived quicker than the original estimated date of delivery. All tools for assembly were included and all pieces were securely wrapped. I did have an initial moment of panic when trying to find about half of the screws & nuts, but realized the manufacturer just threaded them on to the pieces they'd be securing. Assembly was a breeze. The bike is very sturdy and very quiet. I'm almost 5'10" with an inseam of 34" and get full leg extension on the tallest setting, yay for my knees!!!I have two general complaints. One is that the location of the knob for the seat recline position adjustment is in an inconvenient place in relation to the leg band grips. It requires a bit of effort to squeeze in enough to turn the knob without scraping my knuckles on the band's plastic tips. At this price and overall quality of this bike, that is defintely no big deal to me but I can see it being a challenge for people with poor grip strength or arthritis. The second complaint is the seat! I really hate to take a star off this bike because I am otherwise SO pleased, but my tailbone hurts for days after pedaling for more than 15 minutes in the recumbant position! In upright, it's not quite as bad but there is still an ache for a few hours after pedaling for the same amoun of time. It's such a firm seat that the cushioning is irrelevant. I am going to buy a seat cover to hopefully resolve this.Even with my complaints, the bike is really great. I'm still continuously surprised at the craftswork and quality of the parts. Very glad I bought this particular model.Speedy delivery. Fed-ex was not kind to the box, though. It had a hole punched in it. The housing for the fly wheel was a bit open and had a ding in the plastic. I put the housing back together and tested the pedals. Sooo smooth and quiet! Very nice. Fortunately, all the parts we there, except one washer for the seat. That can easily can be found at a hardware store. Feels sturdy and comfortable, love the addition of the seat back and resistant bands. Wish there was a cup holder, though. I'm excited to try this out but really frustrated that the display does not work. I have checked the wire connection and the position of batteries. I even switched to another brand of batteries, and it still does not work. Gave a 3 star rating due to the display not functioning. I would like a simple way to track my miles!UPDATE!I contacted the company and they shipped me a new display unit. I hooked it up and it works! Tracks everything it claims. Super customer service! Raised rating to a 4. May raise it to a 5 after I use it for a few months.After looking at Exercise Bikes for almost two months, I finally decided on the Pexmor because it is compact and had great customer service and performance reviews! I am so glad I ordered this bike because, unfortunately, my bike was damagedby the courier during shipment. Upon contacting the seller through Amazon, they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived in a timely manner and perfectly intact with no additional cost to me! I am so pleased I choose this company. Not only is their customer service incrediblly great, but the bike itself is compact, easy to set-up, very sturdy and quiet while riding. I ride mine on tension control #4 and it is enough resistance for me. The hand and leg pulleys are a bonus and add quite a lot to my work out as well. The seat and back rest (which are both adjustable by a control knob) are very comfortable as well. I ride this bike 30 min everyday and find it very comfortable especially with someone with chronic knee and back problems. I couldn't be more happier with this product and whole heartedly recommend it to others.
