Good quality material, nice design but way too small. I'm 6'2" 230lbs. I bike a lot, lift a little in the offseason. I typically wear XL in exercise tshirts. I ordered this in 2XL and it is so skin tight that I am not sure it would even qualify as large to your typical American adult male. Sleeves are right length at 34"
