I have nothing to compare these shoes to, but I really wish that they came with better insoles. This is an easy/cheap fix, replace with new ones. The soles are definitely stiff, as they should be. Build quality looks good and they are easy to clean. I’m using these with Shimano SPD XT with the cage and I don’t have any issues getting clipped or unclipped. Would be a five star review if they had better insoles.Runs narrow. I have a pair of 5 Ten flats that fit perfect in this size but these make my feet go numb. Hopefully they break in with a few more uses.They did not “break in”, had to return for a 1/2 size larger and they are still a bit tight but I do better with wide shoes usually. Otherwise they have been a good shoe.Good platform. Fit well. The cleet area has ample room for cleet and pedal engagement without trimming the sole any. Not as walkable as I expected, but pedal great.These shoes have been great so far, the fit is perfect and comfortable.The 5-10 are an expensive MTB specific clipless shoe brand leveraging their experience and designer cache. You don’t have to buy the 5-10s, If you don’t want to meet the MTB rider kit requirements. This shoe has perform flawlessly in the last month in it primary intention to keep me connected to my bike. I’ve learned how to jump, corner, and accelerate better with the it’s use. However the shoe is heavy and narrow in my feet. They are not easy for me to get in to or out of. Once they are on, I am definitely connected to my bike.Great feel on and off the bike!!!Love the shoesThese run extremely narrow. I even ordered a size up because I have wider feet. I could squeeze my foot in, but it could tell immediately that these would be extremely uncomfortable for any ride lasting more than five minutes.I broght these for my husband for a birthday present and he loves them. They are sturdy and solid and a great fit.No me gusto por que le faltan fotos al producto, el verlos dije “estos son para mi” pero en realidad no verán se suela completa, es para ponerla calas o para atorar el pie, eso fue lo que no me gusto.After many months of research, I decided to go with Five Ten for quality and style. They did no disappoint on either. Though many spoke of these shoes fitting tight, I found they fit perfectly (I wear size 10, bought size 10). They are rigid as I expected but, after 3 weeks of considerable riding (40km commute/ day), I have experienced no pinching, blistering or rubbing which was a very pleasant surprise.Though some seemed to speak of quality issues, these are some of the most solid, well-built shoes I've worn... and they look as good as they feel. I have no doubt I will be happily wearing these shoes for years to come. And I will certainly buy them again when the time comes for a replacement.Der Schuh ist super und schön leicht! Am Anfang war er etwas steif (im Vergleich zu meinen alten 5-10 Maltese. Aber die waren nach 1.5 Jahren eher zu weich). Er ist nicht icht so steif wie ein XC Schuh, und nach einiger Einlaufzeit ist er auch beim Gehen sehr bequem.Er ist schmal geschnitten, und nicht so warm wie der Maltese mit dem dicken Seitenpolstern. Durch die glatte und robuste Oberfläche hält er einiges an Kratzern von Steinen etc ab. Andere Schuhe mit Mesh-Gewebe schneiden da schneller auf.Sehr guter MTB Schuh
